Refund policy

At The Simplist, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following refund and return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.


1. General policy

  • All sales are final, except as outlined in this policy.
  • We only accept returns and offer refunds under specific conditions described below.

2. Eligibility for returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending the product back.


3. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered or damaged packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used skincare products.


4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Images of the packaging

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (at our discretion)

5. Allergic reactions / skin sensitivity

Our products are formulated for general use, but individual skin reactions may vary.

We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full application.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin irritation
  • Product incompatibility

6. Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at customer@thesimplist.in
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


7. Return shipping

  • Customer are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

8. Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

9. Order cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

10. Refund abuse & policy misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds if misuse is suspected
  • Limit or block accounts with excessive refund requests
